It all begins with your inquiry. Once you reach out through the contact form, I’ll be in touch to learn more about your event, vision, and stationery needs. This initial step helps determine scope, style, budget, and timeline. If you’d like to move forward with an initial design meeting, we will reach out to you to book a time that’s convenient for you (and your planner).

proposal & booking
After the design meeting, I’ll create a custom proposal outlining recommended pieces, quantities, print methods, and pricing. Once we finalize the proposal, a signed agreement and retainer officially reserve your spot on our calendar.

design direction
Next, we dive into design! This collaborative phase includes inspiration gathering, color palettes, typography, and any special finishes or details. I’ll present tailored design concepts to bring your vision to life.

refinement & approval
Together, we’ll refine the chosen design, adjusting layouts, wording, or colors as needed until every detail is just right. Final approval ensures everything is ready for print. Once your designs are approved, your suite moves into production.

production, printing, & addressing
No matter the print process selected, each element is thoughtfully crafted. Guest Addresses will be printed (or beautifully calligraphed) to coordinate seamlessly with your suite. Assembly services are available by request … perfect for clients who’d prefer everything fully prepared and ready to mail. This stage typically takes 3 to 5 weeks, with every detail carefully reviewed before delivery.
